Victory Refrigeration VWFD27HC-2 Description
The 27" wide Victory Refrigeration VWFD27HC-2 worktop freezer is perfect for small production needs with the 5.8 cubic feet refrigerated base and a polished stainless steel top with a 4" tall backsplash. This unit is also durable and corrosion-resistant, with stainless steel on the front, top, and sides and aluminum on the inside.
The base has a self-closing door, equipped with a spring-loaded cartridge that prevents instances of leaving it open. When product loading, the door has a useful stay-open mechanism that makes the task less cumbersome and time-consuming. There are two wire shelves epoxy-coated to support ingredients.
The entire refrigeration system including the 0.5 hp compressor sits on the rear. The worktop freezer can be electronically controlled allowing you to monitor and make adjustments easily. You can be confident that your perishables are fresh for long periods at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit handles the cooling process with the R290 refrigerant to reduce environmental impact.
This worktop freezer can also be programmed to defrost only when needed, so you can enjoy savings on energy costs too. The snap-in magnetic door gasket prevents the temperature from increasing by blocking out warm air from entering and the cold air from escaping. The unit is mounted on 6" casters with two brakes so it can be easily moved and set into place without trouble.
The Victory Refrigeration VWFD27HC-2 worktop freezer meets all qualifications set by UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified and includes a three-year warranty on parts and labor and a two-year warranty on the gasket. This model is used with a 115v, 60Hz, and single-phase power supply and is supplied with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. We have a wide range of parts and accessories for customization.
