This 48" wide Victory Refrigeration VUFD48HC-2 undercounter freezer is a versatile, space-saving storage solution with 11.04 cubic feet capacity divided into two sections. This is a robust piece of equipment that is easy to clean and made to last with the rust-resistant stainless steel top, front, and sides, aluminum interior, and epoxy-coated evaporator coil.

One section of the base features a cabinet with a door and two epoxy-coated shelves. The other section has an upper and lower drawer each with heavy-pan support for 4" to 6" deep pans and telescoping slides to reveal and conceal the pans smoothly. Both the door and the drawers are made of 20-gauge stainless steel and are self-closing so that every time your staff goes to get ingredients, you can be confident that they will be properly closed. Loading products is an easier process as well, with the use of the stay-open feature on the door and drawers.

The 0.5 hp compressor is packed with the rest of the refrigeration components at the back of the unit. The front-breathing design allows the unit to be set flush against the wall to maximize floor space.  The 6" casters facilitate instant mobility while the two brakes make sure it stays in place when you find the perfect spot for it.

With an R290 refrigerant, this undercounter freezer is fully optimized to maintain a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit without adding to your environmental footprint. You get to save tons on energy bills too as the unit is designed to defrost adaptively or only when needed, helping maintain optimal cooling performance at lower energy rates.
