At the top is the refrigeration system with an epoxy-coated evaporator coil that chills products at 36 degrees to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Use the six (6) supplied adjustable epoxy-coated shelves to optimize the interior space to your specific needs. 

This reach-in refrigerator uses the environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant regulated by the expansion valve. The hot gas condensate evaporator and adaptive defrost boost your energy savings.

The solid left-hand right hinged doors are field reversible and can be set to remain open when loading products in bulk into the refrigerator. The snap-in magnetic door gaskets help keep the cold air inside to keep temperatures consistent and safe for your meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. The cam lift hinges keep the doors aligned perfectly to the cabinet to prevent any gap from forming. For mobility during installation and cleaning, this unit has a set of 6" casters.
