Engineered to generate massive energy savings without a dip in performance, this unit features an intelligent 1/3 hp compressor that tailors its operating speed to the demands of the task, so that it consumes less energy during light use. You can also initiate adaptive defrost with a hot gas condensate evaporator to save on energy costs while still being able to maintain the interior temperatures at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal product freshness. 

This unit has electronic Touch Point controls, which means you can do everything with just a tap--from the temperature adjustments and turning on the dedicated energy-saving mode to temperature data documentation and manager's lockout for prohibiting control panel access from unauthorized personnel.

Onboard you have an R290 refrigerant with an expansion valve keeping the process environmentally safe. The refrigeration system is mounted on the top of the foodzone so you can utilize every single inch of the cabinet. The 6" tall stainless steel legs can make the unit more stable on uneven floors and easier to clean on the underside. There are anti-condensate heaters and snap-in magnetic Santoprene gaskets that maintain the dryness and cleanliness of the doors and the cabinet while blocking out hot air to keep temperatures consistent.

To make your daily workflow much easier, the unit also has a stay-open mechanism to aid in one-time product loading. When you close for the day, you can easily lock the doors to defend against theft or tampering.
