Univex SPRIZZA50 Description
The Univex SPRIZZA50 Pizza Spinner is a bench model that allows anyone to produce perfectly spun pizza crusts without specialized training. This allows for easily repeatable results and faster overall processing over traditional hand tossing. Just like a traditional hand spun pizza crusts Univex Pizza Spinners & Dough Openers produces dough that is thicker toward the edge and thinner in the middle.
Crust thickness is easily adjustable to your requirements. This unit comes with a 19.69” diameter crust ring with felt. Since this pizza spinner operates cold it does not partially cook your dough as other units do. The unit automatically starts and stops as the bottom plate is raised or lowered by the use of a lever.
This unit uses standard 115/60/1-ph power, draws 7.0 amps at full load and comes with a standard NEMA 5-15P cord and plug. The overall dimensions of this unit are 32-⅝” in height, 32-½” front-to-back, and 28” in width including the bottom plate raising lever.
