Univex SFG 500 TM Description
The Univex SFG 500 TM Reversible Dough Sheeter is a floor model with a 19-¾” wide belt capable of creating dough sheets between 0” and 1.9” in thickness. Univex Commercial Dough Sheeters are extremely reliable and can be a great addition to large scale production operations.
This unit is easily used with its foot pedal operated carpet direction and hand operated thickness control. Heavy duty hardwood rolling pins are included and allow for easy transport of rolled dough to another work area. The 46-½” long carpet is powered by a ¾ HP motor with a chain drive. This unit uses chrome polished cylinders which are tough, reliable and easy to maintain. An integrated interlock switch in the unit prevents operators from being injured.
The overall measurements of this unit are 111.2” lengthwise, 42.2” in width and 50” in height. To save space the pivoting arms are removable and the tables can be folded up. When folded the unit is 43-⅜” in length and 75-⅝” in height. The base includes dedicated storage space for the included rolling pins.
This dough sheeter uses 220v/60/3-ph power and draws between 2.60 amps and 7.35 amps when operating.
