The Univex SFG 500 B Reversible Dough Sheeter is a bench model that can produce 80-1/10” long 0” to 1.9” thick dough sheets with its polished hard chrome cylinders. Commercial Dough Sheeters make large scale production easier,

The belt is 19-7/10” wide providing plenty of space. A powerful ¾ HP motor and a chain drive provide power to the belt. Interlock switches within the unit keep operators safe. The controls for this unit are simple consisting of the main power switch, emergency stop switch and a lever to control the direction of the belt. Sheets of dough can be rolled onto rolling pins making transport to another work station much easier.

The total dimensions of the unit are 75.6” long, 38.3” wide, and 24.1” high. This unit includes folding tables and removable pivoting arms that allow the unit to stay out of the way when not in use. This unit uses 22v/60/3-ph power and draws 1.8 amps at full load
