The TST-60SD-24-N-DS Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Mega Top Unit from Turbo Air is a double-sided, dual-cabinet prep table that offers 19 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage. Each cabinet has a stainless steel shelf included maximizing storage potential. 

Salad and sandwich ingredients are easily accessed from either side of the unit from two dual-sided insulated lids. The cold bunkers feature forced-air cooling to keep all the ingredients as fresh as possible.

This unit features two worktops effectively doubling the number of people that can access the cold bunkers. Each side has its own full-width high-density polyethylene cutting board.

Turbo Air incorporates their patented self-cleaning condenser in this display case to make sure it will last as long as possible without frequent service calls. Cooling units often fail because the compressors are overworked due to bad heat exchange brought about by dirty condensers. Turbo Air’s self-cleaning system uses a rotating brush that regularly shakes the dust off and away from a fine mesh filter in front of the condenser.

An efficient ⅕ HP compressor using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides cooling for this unit. The standard 115v/60/1-ph power configuration of this unit makes it ideal for most establishments and it only draws 8.9 amps at full load. The included 9-foot power cable gives it some range from power outlets while the 4” swivel casters allow it to be moved very easily.
