Two-Section Unit Provides Ample Space for Cold Storage

The Turbo-Air M3RF45-2-N runs 49 5//8” wide x 31 1/2” deep, giving you generous storage space for refrigerated and frozen items. The refrigerator, which comprises 65% of the entire storage space, has a maximum capacity of 20.93 cu. ft., while the freezer has room for 15 cu. ft. of stored items.

The unit has (6) heavy-duty wire shelves, polyethylene-coated to resist corrosion. The cabinet is insulated by layers of high-density polyurethane. Energy-efficient LED interior lighting provides bright, attractive light to the interior.

Heavy-Duty Construction Gives Unit Long-Lasting Quality

To help the unit withstand the rigors of a busy commercial kitchen, Turbo-Air outfitted it with sturdy stainless steel sides and front. This is further strengthened by coated aluminum interior panels and door liners.

Both doors are also made of stainless steel. Each of them has elegant-looking recessed handles that are easy to grip. The doors are equipped with locks to make sure your cold items are secure. Magnetic gaskets create a vacuum pressure that seals the doors tightly. To make it easy to open the doors, they have a pressure release device that instantly breaks the vacuum seal when you open them.

Intelligent Self-Diagnosing Monitoring System Stays on Top of Problems

The Turbo-Air M3RF45-2-N is equipped with Turbo-Air’s innovative self-diagnosing monitoring system and early warning program. This system keeps a constant eye out for the refrigerator’s condition and initiates preemptive measures to make sure no malfunction occurs.

If the system detects that a door is left open, it issues an alarm to notify you that the door needs to be closed. If the system also finds that the open door has caused cold air leaks and a rise in interior temperature, it will automatically stop the evaporator fan motor to keep it from dispersing warm air throughout the cabinet.

The freezer also has a turbo-freeze function that rapidly brings the temperature back down to safe levels of -10° F to 0° F. To prevent ice buildup while reducing exposure to warmer air, the unit uses a smart fuzzy defrost system that kicks in only when the unit needs to be defrosted.

The refrigerator has a temperature range of 33° F to 38° F. Both the refrigerator and freezer have adjustable temperatures that allow you to set the right temperature for your food products. You can manually check the temperature of each section using the crystal-clear LED display on the unit’s front panel.

Self-Cleaning Condenser for Energy-Efficient Performance and Hassle-Free Maintenance

The Turbo-Air M3RF45-2-N lets you conserve more energy with its easy-to-maintain self-cleaning condenser system. The condenser is equipped with a rotating brush that moves up and down the condenser coils a few times every day. This removes dust that may have accumulated in the condenser that compromises the unit’s performance.

The hot gas condensate system is treated with a special anti-corrosion treatment that protects it from rusting due to moisture and food spills. It also minimizes the chance of refrigerant and condensate water leakage.

Swivel Casters for Effortless Mobility

When you need to pull the unit out for regular maintenance or servicing, a set of 4” swivel casters makes it easier to move it out of its place. For an additional fee, you may go for a set of 6” stainless steel legs instead.

Eco-Friendly R290 Refrigerant

The unit is cooled using a hydrocarbon refrigerant called R290, which is preferred by environmentally responsible businesses who are looking to reduce their impact on the environment. R290 does not contribute to the depletion of the ozone layer and has a minimal effect on global warming.

Energy Requirements

The refrigerator runs on a ¼ HP compressor, while the freezer uses 1/3 HP. The entire unit operates on 115v/60-1-ph and 6.0 amps.
