This 12" heavy-duty commercial electric range lets you add four (4) round hot plates on a counter, refrigerated base, and freezer base. With its stainless steel construction, this unit is a durable piece of cooking equipment that is impervious to rust and corrosion. Each hot plate comes with a 2.6-kilowatt heating element that can be operated from a four-position control knob where you can turn off the heating element or set the heat to low, medium, and high.

For increased functionality and efficiency, this commercial range has a 9.25" deep rail at the front and fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the user to keep the space clean and comfortable.
