Southbend H4365A Description
Designed to support gas and electric applications, the Southbend H4365A commercial restaurant range is a powerful addition to any kitchen, with its 36" wide, 27" deep cooking top and an electric hybrid convection oven. This unit features three (3) non-clog burners front, two (2) pyromax burners back, standard grates, and a standing pilot. This unit includes 3 racks and a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf. This is very easy to clean with its stainless steel front, sides, and shelf standard. Also comes with a 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard (casters optional). This commercial range also features a standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, front located manual gas shut-off to the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator.
Center-to-center measurements between burners are not less than 12”, side-to-side or front-to-back. For easy cleaning, the removable one-piece drip tray is provided under burners to catch grease drippings. This is known to be one of the toughest commercial ranges in the industry.
