The Scotsman UF424W-1 Ice Maker with Bin is a water-cooled unit with 80 lbs of storage. In ideal conditions, this unit can produce up to 440 lbs of flake ice in 24 hours. Flake ice cools items much quicker than other forms of ice and is ideal for use in displays, schools, and healthcare facilities.

This unit measures 24” wide, 28-½” deep, and 39” tall. For its size, this unit can produce a lot of ice and provide more than ample storage for most establishments. To fit into places with less vertical clearance the height-adjustable 6” legs can be done away with and the optional KUFM24 floor kit can be installed to lower the overall height to 33-½”.

This unit features an intuitive to use control panel that operators will easily get a grasp on. Accessing ice is unobstructed with the slide back door that stays out of the way when open. A power cord and ice scoop are conveniently included. For the best reliability, a stainless steel evaporator was chosen and to lower the amount of maintenance necessary a greaseless bearing is included in the design.

Producing 100 lbs of ice only requires 3.93 kWh of power, 12 gallons of water for actual ice, and 68 gallons of water for cooling. This unit uses 115v/60/1-ph power.
