Provide your customers with a premium experience with uniquely shaped gourmet ice from the Scotsman CU50PA-1 undercounter ice maker. The 1” x 1-⅛” x 1-¼” full size cubes this unit produces are completely free of any taste or anything else that can affect the taste of your best top-shelf drinks. This commercial ice maker is capable of producing up to 65 lbs of gourmet ice in a 24-hour period with ideal conditions. The storage compartment has room for up to 26 lbs of gourmet ice and comes with an ice scoop.
The control panel is user-friendly and displays all the device’s operational information to the operator with warnings when there isn’t any water or when it’s time to clean the unit. To produce gourmet ice that is crystal-clear scotsman uses a water quality sensor to check for hard water and will automatically purge water with high mineral content. This makes sure only the purest water is frozen into the unique ice forms.
The unit’s exterior is made from a robust and stylish stainless steel exterior. Externally the unit measures 22” in depth, 14-⅞” in width, and 34-⅜” in height (height includes the 1” height-adjustable feet. To make installation easy this commercial ice machine comes with a drain pump and a flexible ⅜” Internal Diameter tube.
This model uses 34 gallons of potable water and 14.40 kWh of power to produce 100 lbs of high-quality gourmet ice. Powering this unit is accomplished with standard 115v/60/1-ph.
The Scotsman CU50PA-1 undercounter ice machine is UL and NSF certified.
