The 4” thick panels feature 26 gauge steel with corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coatings on both sides. These panels have foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and have an R-value of 32. To make assembly simple, each panel has female and male rails that overlap each other for a mechanically air-tight design. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners make sure that panels lock together tightly for a truly air-tight seal. The corners are protected by a continuous panel gasket that goes around the outer perimeter without any cuts or breaks. The ceiling and floor panels feature foamed-in-place edge caps that will stay in place for the life of the cooler.

The standard 26” wide door has a stepped profile that acts as a barrier to airflow resulting in an energy-efficient door system. Normally the upgraded 30” wide door kit with a stainless steel kick plate costs an additional $250, however, you can get it today at no extra cost. Two cam-lift hinges are included with this door and can be installed to open from the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to compensate for settling over the life of the walk-in. A spring-loaded door closer is included to make sure the door is not left open accidentally. Each door comes pre-hung in a panel that is 4’ wide and features a perimeter heating wire that is replaceable. Each door panel also comes with a vapor proof LED lighting fixture activated by a switch that has an exterior indicator light, magnetic stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. Products inside are secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle that has an independent key/padlock feature. To make sure workers don’t get locked inside each walk-in comes with a safety release.

A temperature of -10°F keeps items inside this walk-in frozen safely with a top-mounted RCPF075JC-E-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System producing 2447 BTU/hr of cooling. Adjusting the temperature inside is made simple by the Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system. This is also used for manual defrost and setting an automatic defrost timer. A weather protection kit is included with all outdoor models. 35 mill white membrane roof material is included and doesn’t need to be glued or seamed on top of the unit, instead, the roofing material is held in place with metal trim flashing secured by self-tapping/drilling TEK screws.
