A walk-in freezer like the NorLake KLF7746-C 4' x 6' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker is a great solution for enterprises that need to store a lot of frozen goods reliably. The interior of this commercial walk-in freezer has 123 cu. ft. of refrigerated space.

The panels that make up this walk-in unit are 4” thick with both the exterior and interior sides have a 26 gauge steel exterior protected by a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. Inside the panels, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides an R-value of 32. Panels fit together easily with male and female ends to make sure they are aligned properly while foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners make sure the panels are tight and secured. A continuous panel gasket wraps around the exterior perimeter without breaks or cuts. Instead of using overlapping or mechanical fasteners, the ceiling and floor panels’ edge caps are foamed-in-place which will keep them secure for the life of the walk-in.

The standard door that comes with this unit is 26” wide and [] high. The door features a stepped profile to provide a barrier against airflow for increased energy-efficiency. Two cam-lift hinges are included with the door and can be installed on the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door swings freely while providing an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to keep the door from being left ajar. The 4-foot wide door panel comes with the door pre-hung and includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture activated by a switch connected to an external indicator light, replaceable heating wire, stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. To keep items inside secure, an NL 9800 deadbolt handle is included with an independent key/padlock feature. To prevent lock-ins there is a safety release inside.

Everything inside the freezer is kept frozen safely at a temperature of -10°F by the RCPF075JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that produces 2637 BTU/hr of heat rejection. To set the temperature inside the walk-in the Enviro-Control™ system is included, this will efficiently maintain the temperature and also lets you set the defrost timer. An automatic condensate vaporizer is included removing the need for drain lines.
