With its 7’4” height this walk-in can easily accommodate a large amount of product. A total of 137 cu. ft. of refrigerated space is offered by this walk-in unit.

For superior insulation, each panel is 4” thick with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that is EPA-compliant. The interior and exterior sides of the panel feature 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish. Each panel has male and female rails that self-align mechanically, the panels are then tightened together with foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners for an airtight seal. Panel gaskets located on the outer perimeter of the corner panels are continuous without cuts or breaks. Each ceiling panel has foamed-in-place edge caps that can’t come loose compared to those that are overlapped or mechanically fastened.

The door that ships standard with this walk-in unit is 26” wide and comes with a stepped profile providing a barrier against airflow. To move items in and out of the walk-in easily with a handcart a 30” wide door kit is available with a stainless steel kick plate. This upgrade normally costs $250 but here at CKitchen you can avail of the upgrade for free. The door can have its two cam-lift hinges installed on either the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door opens and closes smoothly while providing a secure seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to make sure the door is never left ajar. The pre-hung door comes in a 4’ wide panel complete with magnetic stainless steel trim, vapor proof LED lighting with a switch connected to an external indicator light, perimeter heater wire (replaceable), and a digital thermometer. To keep the contents secure, this walk-in comes with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To make sure workers never get locked in the interior of the door panel has a safety release.

To keep items inside between 35°F and 38°F this walk-in features the RCPB050JC-S-0-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration system that produces 4060 BTU/hr. The Capsule Pak unit is controlled by the Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system aside from setting the temperature this unit is used for adjusting the defrost timer and can be used for manual defrosting.
