Does your business need a floorless indoor walk-in refrigerated solution? The NorLake KLB741010-C 10' x 10' x 7'-4" H Kold Locker is a great option for efficient cooling and power consumption that you can rely on for many years. 

The panels that make up this walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor are 4” thick with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to keep the heat out. Each side of the panel has 26 gauge corrosion-resistant stucco embossed coated steel. Connecting panels together is easy with female and male rails that provide a perfect fit that allows the foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners to fully tighten to make an airtight connection. Around the outer perimeter, a continuous panel gasket provides a barrier that is free from cuts or breaks. Instead of using overlapping or mechanical fasteners, the ceiling panels’ edge caps are foamed-in-place which will keep them secure for the life of the walk-in.

By default, the door that comes with this unit is 26” wide with a stepped profile that impedes airflow for a more energy-efficient door. Usually upgrading the door with the wider 30” kit that comes with a stainless steel kick plate costs $250 but through CKitchen.com this upgrade is free. This door comes with two hinges both of which are cam-lift and adjustable. This allows the door to be easily adjusted over the lifetime of the walk-in as it settles. The door also comes with a spring-assisted door closer to make sure it’s never left ajar.

The pre-hung door comes in a 4’ wide panel complete with magnetic stainless steel trim, vapor proof LED lighting with a switch connected to an external indicator light, perimeter heater wire (replaceable), and a digital thermometer. To keep the contents secure, this walk-in comes with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To make sure workers never get locked in the interior of the door panel has a safety release.

To efficiently maintain temperatures between 35°F and 38°F this walk-in unit has a ceiling-mounted RCPB075JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration system that produces 6250 BTU/hr of cooling. The Capsule Pak unit is controlled by the Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system aside from setting the temperature this unit is used for adjusting the defrost timer and can be used for manual defrosting. The refrigeration system uses 208/230 voltage and needs a 15 amp total system fuse.
