Quickly and efficiently cook, display, and serve up to 27 hot dogs at a time with the Nemco 8027SX-SLT Roll-A-Grill® 22.25'' Slanted Top Countertop Hot Dog Roller Grill. Aside from hot dogs, this Commercial Hot Dog Grill is flexible enough to offer other items like tamales, taquitos, stuffed breadsticks, grilled wraps, egg rolls, and much more. Basically, if it’s tube-shaped, this grill will probably be able to handle it. Thanks to the 7° slant all food is clearly visible to customers. When this grill is used at full capacity it can cook up to 540 hot dogs per hour. To get the right temperature for either cooking or holding, two sets of temperature controls with seven settings control the front and rear rollers of this grill. During off-peak hours you can choose to use only half of the grill for better efficiency.

To make cleaning the rollers as simple as possible, they feature a special finish called GripsIt which can be cleaned with a damp sponge. To make sure heat is applied evenly to all surfaces of food being cooked by the grill each roller has its own heating element. To make sure heat is evenly applied to hot dogs, the rollers turn in a complete 360° arc.

You can completely rely on the drivetrain of this roller grill. From the fully sealed motor with ball bearings powering a chain and sprocket drive to the end bearings featuring double barriers, you can be sure this unit will keep those “doggies” rolling for years to come without any issues. To make sure this grill is up to the task of daily commercial use it’s built from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and heavy-duty aluminum. To keep grease drippings in check a grease tray that covers all the rollers is included. Standard 120v power is used by this unit and it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug at the end of a 6’ power cord. This unit has a nominal current draw of 7.9 amps.
