NEMCO 8027SX-SLT-220 Description
Although the 8027SX-SLT-220 Roll-A-Grill® 22.25'' Slanted Top Countertop Hot Dog Roller Grill from Nemco excels at cooking hot dogs for streamlined service it is also a great option for other cylindrical food items like wraps, stuffed breadsticks, taquitos, corn dogs, and egg rolls. This Commercial Hot Dog Grill can hold up to 27 hot dogs at a time. If you want to offer a clear view of all of the available products, this model’s 7° slant is perfect for your needs. Up to 540 hot dogs per hour can be cooked with this grill working at full capacity. You can dial in the temperature over the front and rear rollers with seven settings. One section can be completely switched off to save on power during off-peak hours.
To keep cleaning and downtime to a minimum, the rollers feature a GripsIt finish which is ideal for cooking breakfast items and sugary foods. A quick wipe down with a damp sponge is all you need. Each of the rollers features its own heating element to provide even and thorough heating to items being cooked. Every square inch of each roller makes contact with the hot dogs for even heating thanks to the 360° spin of the rollers. The reliable motor in this grill features a completely sealed housing and ball bearings to prevent grease from leaking out. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum construction of this roller grill make it a great choice for heavy-duty use. A grease pan underneath the rollers catches every last drop coming off food and makes cleaning simple. Supplying power to this grill is simple with the included 6’ power cord and NEMA 6-15P plug. It’s wired for 220v power and draws 4.3 amps of current.
