If you want to offer warm, moist buns with your hot dogs, the 8027-BW Moist Heat Bun/Food Warmer from Nemco is an excellent solution that can hold up to 32 buns in its drawer. To save on counter space this Hot Dog Bun Warmer is designed to fit perfectly under Nemco 8027 roller grills. Multiple units can be stacked to increase capacity while maintaining a small footprint.

The thermostatic controls allow for temperatures up to 200F° to keep buns warm and moist. The buns stored inside the drawer are accessed quickly with smooth-action drawer slides. To keep buns from getting soggy they are held in a stainless steel rack that separates them from the water at the bottom of the pan.

To make sure this warmer is up to the challenge of serving for years of commercial use, it’s made from durable and easy to clean stainless steel. A 6’ power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug is included to connect it to a standard 120v outlet that can safely supply 3.8 amps of current.

For safety and sanitation, this warmer is both NSF and ETL listed.
