The ideal use of this double-heater model is to heat larger areas of food from large batches.
Users will find it convenient to manage this heater with the remote control unit this model was designed to use. To keep the heat generated by the heater concentrated on the food, this model uses aluminized steel reflectors.
The clear anodized aluminum extrusion housings are light-weight while being extremely durable. This model is designed to use up to 3450w of power with 208v/60/1-ph electricity at 16.6 amps.
