This is quite an upgrade for us in terms of size. We can make so much more in it, it's amazing! It performs really well, can really handle demanding mixing without being strained, and produces smooth high-quality dough all the time. High-volume mixing at home and in small commercial applications should be easier with this mixer

A mega powerful mixer! I can make 2 to 4 times more batches on this compared to the smaller mixer I had. There's simply no other word for this mixer except "powerhouse". For small business needs, this is the best!

This is a great mixer. It's got a large capacity and is really powerful. There's not really much to complain about the performance and quality of this mixer except that it can be cumbersome to use especially when maximizing the capacity. Even then, it's easily head and shoulders above any home mixer out there

I use this mixer for making cakes in my little bakery and it's been dependable and very very useful especially when it gets pretty busy. I can do twice the batch for each recipe for less time with this mixer and the results are always amazing.

My mixer of choice! Been using it for a couple of years and it's been running like a total champ! This is a commercial grade unit so I have higher expectations of the quality of the motor. I think this was the limitation of the many home mixers I've used. A large batch of dough is no problem to mix in this. It's really powerful and even then, it doesn't take too much space on the counter
