No need to make a large recipe in multiple batches, I can do it in one go with this mixer. The results are spectacular, which is what I expected, this being a KitchenAid. I've probably tried everything I could try on this mixer, and every single time, it rose to the occasion!

If you run a small business, your prep station needs this mixer. It's got enough power to handle your needs, at least that's the case for us. The motor doesn't falter at all even under the strain of heavy loads. We try to push the limit of this thing and it's been a trooper

I had high expectations for this mixer being from KitchenAid and still, it blew me away. It's superb and it's great for business. It can work a good amount of dough without struggling. The dough produced on here is nice and smooth too, very happy with it!

For all the power this mixer has, it's very very quiet! I was afraid it won't be able to handle the workload on here, but I'm very impressed so far. It's why I got it in the first place as I already outgrew my old mixer. So far it is holding up rather well. Since it's a commercial-grade mixer, I expected nothing less though. Upgrading to this mixer was the best decision I've ever made.
