ICE-O-Matic CIM0530HA Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cubes Ice Maker that is capable of producing a maximum of 561 lbs of half-dice ice in a 24-hour period with ideal conditions. This air-cooled ice machine uses 19.9 gallons of potable water and 5.87 kWh of power for the production of 100 lbs of ice. The standard 115v/60/1-ph voltage configuration of this ice machine draws 17.8 amps at full load.
Self-contained ice makers that use air-cooling for the condenser face the challenge of airflow restrictions. Elevation Series ice makers address this by having dual exhaust zones out the right side and top of the unit. Even if one of these exhaust zones is obstructed by a wall, ceiling, or equipment, the ice maker will still work at full capacity.
At the heart of this ice machine is the Plastic Food Zone where ice is produced. The snap-together BPA-free parts can be disassembled without tools and easily washed in a dishwasher. The one-touch controls make it really simple to run scheduled descaling and sanitization tasks and the device will alert you with a Smart LED when these tasks are necessary.
