ICE-O-Matic CIM0520FA Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker is designed to produce 561 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period at an air temperature and water temperature of 70°F and 50°F respectively. This self-contained air cooled Ice Machine is configured for the production of full-size ice cubes measuring 7/8 inch on every dimension. To produce 100 lbs of ice this Full Dice Ice Machine uses 19.9 gallons of water and 5.87 kWh of power. 115v/60/1-ph electricity is used by this unit and it draws 17.8 amps of current.
The BPA-free Plastic Food Zone is made up of easy to maintain snap apart parts which can be serviced without tools. These plastic parts are conveniently dishwasher safe. Between cleanings, the Agion® technology inside this unit protects it against bacterial and microbial growths preventing ice produced from taking on a foul taste. The easily removable front panel makes maintenance and cleaning a breeze.
This commercial kitchen equipment ice maker features a dual exhaust system allowing either the top or right side of the unit to be obstructed without having a negative effect on the airflow of the ice maker.
