The Hobart HS9N-1 automatic heavy-duty commercial meat slicer has a sharp and durable 13" CleanCut knife designed for quick, precise cuts. It has an anodized finish, three (3) stroke lengths, and four (4) stroke speeds to help you get the desired results every single time. This electric food slicer also includes a removable meat grip assembly, removable ring guard cover, single-action top-mounted knife sharpener, and manual lift lever.
