Hobart HS6-1 Description
The Hobart HS6-1 heavy-duty manual commercial meat slicer features a 13" CleanCut™ removable knife with zero knife exposure for maximum safety. With an easily adjustable knob, this commercial meat slicer can slice foods into pieces up to 1" thick. For increased convenience, it includes a knife removal tool, a removable meat grip assembly, a removable ring guard cover, a single-action top-mounted knife sharpener, and a cleaning kickstand. This electric food slicer is powered by a 1/2 hp motor and requires a 120-volt, 60Hz, 1-ph electrical connection.
