The Hobart HS9-1 automatic heavy-duty commercial meat slicer comes with a 13" CleanCut removable knife that is designed to stay sharp and durable for longer. It comes complete with a knife removal tool for easy cleaning. This electric food slicer features an anodized finish with 6 interlocks, 3 stroke lengths, and 4 stroke speeds. This food slicer also includes a removable meat grip assembly, removable ring guard cover, single-action top-mounted knife sharpener, and manual lift lever. This unit has a 1/2 hp motor under the hood to handle and requires a 120/60/1-ph electrical connection.
