The Hobart HL400-4 is a 40-quart commercial planetary mixer designed to make your prep life easier with its powerful 1.5 hp motor that can tear through heavy daily use. The gear transmission works to keep the motor running at a stable speed and prevent any downtimes so you can mix batch after batch without trouble. There are three (3) speeds and a stir speed to provide the flexibility you need to achieve ideal consistency and texture. The 20-minute SmartTimer allows for accuracy in mixing times. The stainless steel bowl is designed with a manual bowl lift and bowl guard to ensure safe use. This mixer comes with a #12 taper attachment hub. No attachments included.
