This 20-quart machine is powered by a 1.5 hp motor and a gear-driven transmission that delivers all the power you need for consistent performance. You can switch between three (3) fixed speeds on the fly and can be assisted by a 20-minute SmartTimer™ to perfect each and every recipe. The 20-quart stainless steel bowl on this mixer has a manual bowl-lift design and a bowl guard for safe operation. This commercial planetary mixer comes with a #12 taper attachment hub.
