Hobart HL200C-1STD Description
Designed for correctional use, the Hobart HL200C-1STD bench-type planetary mixer comes with a 1/2 motor and a 20 qt. stainless steel bowl (with manual bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard with welds, lock controls, tamper resist fasteners, handles & knobs), #12 taper hub, aluminum "B" beater, and stainless steel "D" wire whip. This planetary mixer can switch between three fixed speeds (plus stir speed) on the fly with the gear-driven transmission ensuring consistent motor speed and reliable performance during heavier applications. The unit also features a 15-minute SmartTimer™ that makes it easy to keep track of all your recipes. It uses a 100-120v/50/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
