The Hobart HL120-40STD 200-240/50/60/1 bench-type planetary mixer comes fully equipped with a 12 qt. stainless steel bowl (with manual bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard) and a #12 taper attachment hub. The unit also includes a set of high-quality agitators including an aluminum "B" beater, stainless steel "D" wire whip, aluminum dough arm, and stainless steel ingredient chute. At the heart of this commercial planetary mixer is a 0.5 hp motor with three (3) fixed speeds and a plus stir speed that give you better control over the results. With the gear-driven transmission, you can enjoy smooth, uninterrupted mixing. The 15-minute SmartTimer™ allows you to perfect each recipe without the risk of over or undermixing.
