This unit features four racks that can accommodate 18 x 26" sheet pans. These shelves can be slanted and adjusted in 2" increments so you can fit larger food products as needed. This unit boats clear anodized construction and all tempered glass enclosures that not only help retain heat inside the cabinet but also allow customers to browse through the products with the help of the attractive and energy-efficient LED lighting. The french tempered glass doors on the rear allow easy access to the interior. 

This unit is able to hold a larger amount of food at ideal serving temperatures, helping you be better prepared for a surge of customers. Hold and display food fresh out of the kitchen, and maintain this “just cooked” quality for longer periods. The heat comes from both left and right to surround the food and provide adequate heating no matter where the food is placed in the cabinet. The dial makes it easy to select the desired temperature for your products. 

This merchandiser has a water reservoir that adds moisture to help maintain the hot temperatures so you can hold food longer without drying it out. The humidity selector switch allows you to set the desired moisture level to suit your products. When you have to fill orders left and right, the unit runs at optimal airflow rate to recover to ideal temperature after every access.

This Hatco humidified merchandising cabinet is a USA-made product that meets cULus and UL EPH Classified standards and is shipped with a 6' cord and attached plug.
