The FSDT-2 food holding and display cabinet fits right on your countertop, placing your food products in front of your customers without taking up too much space to increase your impulse sales. The round rotating rack can fit four pans of food as large as a 19" diameter pizza pan. The tempered glass panels around the unit keep everything in full view while the fluorescent lights ensure the products are showcased in their best light. 

With 1440-watt heating at the heart of this unit, you can be confident that your merchandise retains that delicious “just cooked” quality for hours. You can count on consistent temperatures and heating throughout the cabinet ensuring the products are warmed evenly. To keep them from drying out, this unit has a three-liter water reservoir that introduces humidity into the cabinet. It can be refilled as needed via the water cup installed at the front of the unit. To make the process easier, there is a simple alert system that lets you know when water needs to be replenished.

This FSDT-2 food holding and display cabinet is made in the USA and is certified by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certifications. It is shipped with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
