Hatco PFST-1X Description
Store and keep your pizzas, sandwiches, and other food items hot for long periods of time using this one-door PFST-1X tall dry Flav-R-Savor holding cabinet by Hatco. The stainless steel construction on the inside promises long-lasting service life through excellent protection from dent, scratches, and rust.
The stationary rack has a total of eight (8) shelves, six (6) of which are removable. Each rack can hold one bagged pizza or two (2) boxed pizzas. With tempered glass panels on all sides and two (2) shatter- resistant incandescent lights illuminating the inside, everything is visible from the outside for your customers to easily browse the selection.
Generating 1767 watts of heating power, this high-quality dry holding cabinet is designed to achieve even temperature throughout the cavity in order to preserve the contents at proper serving temperatures. The control knob at the top of the unit allows you to simply dial in the desired temperature, no fuss or intricate training involved.
The latching handle prevents accidental opening when the kitchen becomes busy. A temperature readout provides a clear display of the current temperature inside the unit. The 5" locking casters facilitates hassle-free transport when needed.
The PFST-1X tall dry one-door holding cabinet is a cULus, UL EPH Classified product made in the USA. It is supplied with a 6' cord and plug.

- One- and two-door models come with heavy-duty locking casters for easy portability, tempered glass sides for excellent visibility assuring proper delivery rotation, a temperature control to regulate the heat and a monitor to indicate cabinet temperature
- PFST-1XB comes with solid back panel, stainless steel inside, with painted Glossy Gray on the outside, an eight-shelf rack with six removable shelves in standard Smooth White, front and side sign holders painted Glossy Gray with flip-up front for access to controls (signs not included), 11" (279 mm) high Designer Black base, latching handle, 4" (102 mm) locking casters, cord and plug
