Hatco GRCDH-1P Glo-Ray Designer Heated Display Case with Humidity

The Hatco GRCDH-1P is a 660-watt humidified display case that fits in your countertop. Food goes into pans that are then set on the 18.12" by 21" heated base that keeps it all hot and delicious for longer periods. It has thermostatic controls that can adjust the temperature from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various types of food products. You can also use the thermostatic controls to adjust the relative humidity from 10 to 30 percent.

The interior is made of stainless steel while the panels are all tempered glass to create a clear view of the contents with the help of the two shatter-proof incandescent bulbs. The curved glass at the front adds to the overall presentation, and since it is hinged, it can tilt forward to be easily cleaned to maintain the attractive appearance effortlessly. This unit also has infrared heating at the top to prevent heat loss in the outer edges of the holding surface. This unit comes with a set of 4" adjustable legs.
