Hatco FSCDH-2PD Flav-R-Savor Heated Display Case with Humidity

The Hatco FSCDH-2PD countertop heated display case with double shelves has everything you need in a hot food station and more. Able to hold wrapped and prepackaged food items as well as food in pans, this 2805-watt unit uses durable, metal-protected heating elements that heat products at temperatures from 140 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The powerful heat is combined with a 7-quart water chamber that delivers humidified air distributed throughout the cabinet to help prolong safe product holding. This unit makes it easy to stay on top of your merchandising with its digital temperature and humidity control complete with clear, easy-to-read readouts. 

There is a perforated top stainless steel shelf measuring 31.75 inches wide and 16" deep that aids in the flow and movement of air for optimal heating performance. The heated display case features Hatco’s renowned 32.25" wide and 19.75" deep Swanstone base with a simulated stone that is safe for food contact but can accommodate various containers. 

This unit has glass enclosures all around for high product visibility. The curved glass front looks sleek and modern, and is hinged and can be flipped down for cleaning, making it easy to keep it free from dirt and smudge. The focused lighting accentuates the products, enhancing not only visibility but also the presentation that’s perfect for front-of-the-house. Staff can access the interior to plate orders or replenish the display case using the rear french doors. There is an 845 by 156 mm sign holder at the front for enhanced merchandising capability.

This Hatco FSCDH-2PD countertop heated display case meets cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 standards. This model is available in a range of designer colors. The Swanson base comes standard in the versatile Night Sky color, but additional styles are also available.
