The FSDT-2X is a two-door countertop food holding and display cabinet by Hatco that allows you to only serve hot and fresh food to customers at any time of the day. This unit has a pan rack with four tiers, so you can showcase multiple dishes inside. 

This piece of equipment uses a reliable 1440-watt heating system that consistently keeps products at the ideal serving temperatures for hours maintained throughout the cabinet for even heating. This unit has a refillable three-liter water reservoir that injects humidity so that the food stays hot and crispy. The surrounding tempered glass panels help insulate the heat while creating a seamless view of the products to boost merchandising. There are two doors on this unit that allow customers to grab the food they want and still give staff convenient access to the interior when replenishing pans. 

This FSDT-2X food holding and display cabinet is a USA-made product certified for safe commercial use with cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certifications. It is shipped with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug and is available in a range of colors.
