Flav-R-Savor® holding & display cabinet, (1) door, (4) tier pan rack without motor, LED lighting, with 6 ft cord & plug, 1440 watts, CE, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USAPowered by a 1440-watt heating element, this 32.54" tall Hatco FSDT-1X is a durable, attractive, and innovative food holding and display cabinet that consistently operates at hot temperatures to make sure your deliciously cooked pizzas, fried products, and baked goods are fresh, hot, and tasty for hours. There are four pan racks that can hold a variety of food items.
The temperature is maintained at ideal levels so products can last for hours. There is a three-liter stainless water reservoir that infuses humidity to protect the heating element from burning out. It is easily refillable from the easy-to-clean water cup that is mounted at the front of the unit. It is also designed to notify operators when water is low so it can be refilled immediately.
The food holding and display cabinet comes with tempered glass enclosures that retain heat longer and showcase the contents from all sides and angles. With the help of fluorescent lighting, the products can be viewed clearly. There is one large door that provides access to the interior of the unit for easy placement and retrieval of the food.
This FSDT-1X holding and display cabinet is a USA-made product that is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 approved.
