The Hatco FSD-IX food holding and display cabinet from the Flav-R-Savor series uses both heat and humidity to preserve the freshness and just-cooked quality of your food products for several hours. The tempered glass enclosures help retain heat while also showing and merchandising your offerings from all sides to increase your impulse sales. The energy-saving LED lights to illuminate the interior to provide clear visibility from a distance and up close.

This unit has a single tempered glass door for staff access to the interior. The inside has three racks stacked vertically and designed for food pans. This unit is packing a 1440-watt heating element that heats the products at consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet. The low-water protection defends against heating element burnout. For added safety, it also alerts users when the water almost runs out to ensure timely replenishment.

This holding and display cabinet is a USA-made product that meets all cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 standards. It is shipped with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. It is available in various colors to match your current space. More customization options can be found below.
