Globe CM22 Description
The CM22 Chefmate™ Meat Chopper is a 1.5 HP model capable of processing up to 450 lbs of meat per hour. The direct gear-drive transmission of these Commercial Grinders are mounted on ball bearings and feature permanent grease-lubricated gearboxes allowing the worms to reach 170 RPM for optimal performance and extended service life. For any issues while processing meat, a forward and reverse switch provides options to operators to quickly address issues.
The compact size allows this unit to be easily added to a busy kitchen while the seamless construction makes it extremely easy to clean. This meat chopper comes with multiple accessories including the knife, a ¼” plate, a 5/16” plate, a plastic food pusher, a stainless steel product tray, and a stuffing tube (requires a stuffing plate which is not included).
Standard 115v/60/1-ph power is used to power this unit, it pulls 11.0 amps of current at full load and comes with a 6 ft. long power cable that terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug.
