Globe CM12 Description
The CM12 Chefmate™ Meat Chopper from Globe is a compact 1 HP model with an hourly capacity of 250 lbs of meat. This extremely durable unit is designed for commercial use and features a high-torque motor that directly drives gears in a transmission mounted on ball bearings through a gearbox that is permanently grease-lubricated. To prevent the motor from damage overload protection is included which requires a manual reset. The motor can be run in forward or reverse with a simple switch which can be handy when the chopper encounters feed problems. Commercial Grinders like this model are essential for large scale operations.
For convenience the meat chopper ships with many accessories essential for operation including a stainless steel product tray, plastic food pusher, knife, 5/16” plate, ¼” plate, and stuffing tube (stuffing plate required, not included).
A 6-foot power cable makes this meat chopper easy to integrate into most kitchens using 115v/60/1-ph power since the unit only uses 11.0 amps of current.
