Mixology Underbar Cocktail Station, 60” by 24” deep, includes: SMHA-4 soda manifold housing, 36” combo ice bin with sliding cover & 10-circuit cold plate, ice bin divider & 6-cup iced chilled condiment well, 40” single speed rail, MFT-20 mixology unit, low-lead compliant, stainless steel construction, stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet, ETL-Sanitation (NOTE: Made to order, not returnable)The Glastender MXS60-CP10 Mixology Underbar Cocktail Station is a combination unit that consists of 5 Glastender products that make for the ultimate mixology station. This unit includes the Glastender SMHA-4 Soda Manifold Housing, Glastender MFT-20 Underbar Mixology Unit, Glastender CCD6-12 Condiment dispenser, Glastender CBA-36R-CP10 Underbar Ice Bin/Cocktail Unit, and Glastender SSR-40 Single Speed Rail.
The Glastender CBA-36R-CP10 Underbar Ice Bin/Cocktail Unit makes up most of the Glastender MXS60-CP10 Mixology Underbar Cocktail Station providing all the cooling necessary for a mixology station. The ice bin is 15” front-to-back, 22” wide, and 10-½” deep with capacity for up to 67 lbs of ice ready for serving. A two-piece sliding cover glides smoothly over a PVC breaker strip that provides insulation. The ice bin comes with a divider to keep ice from shifting while a ten circuit cold plate built into the bottom makes sure beverages served from the soda gun are as cold as possible.
To the right of the main ice bin is the condiment bin with a Glastender CCD6-12 Condiment Dispenser. The condiment bin is separate from the potable ice and is only meant for keeping condiments cool and fresh. Both the ice bin and condiment well feature foamed in place insulation to keep ice solid for as long as possible
The Glastender SMHA-4 Soda Manifold Housing on the left-most side of the Glastender MXS60-CP10 Mixology Underbar Cocktail Station makes good use of the ten core cold plate and conceals the manifold and tubing for your 8-14 button soda gun (designed for Wunder-Bar® or Schroeder America™ soda guns).
A Glasstender SSR-40 Single Speed Rail provides easy access to the liquor while keeping bottles well out of the way of the ice bin and condiment well. Black PVC on the rail and step of the speed rail provide cushioning to prevent glass bottles from making noise.
The right-most part of the Glastender MXS60-CP10 Mixology Underbar Cocktail Station has the Glastender MFT-20 Underbar Mixology Unit, which provides all of the washing and sanitation this station needs. A backsplash mounted faucet provides hot and cold water to the 9-1/4ʺ wide, 11-1/2ʺfront-to-back, and 6ʺ deep sink basin with an included perforated plastic sink strainer. This is an ideal location for dumping wet waste as necessary. A rinser faucet provides an easy way of rinsing out shaker cans quickly while a 6” diameter dipper well with an integrated faucet is the perfect place to keep your mixing tools clean and at the ready. An 8’ x 11” cutting board is provided for preparing garnishes and is conveniently held in place for use but easily removed for cleaning.
All metal parts on the Glastender MXS60-CP10 Mixology Underbar Cocktail Station are stainless steel for durability, ease of maintenance and clean looks. Six 16 gauge stainless steel legs 1-⅝” in diameter elevate the station 16” from the floor. Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet are included to easily keep this unit level on uneven flooring. This unit requires three ⅜” cold water sink leads and one ⅜” hot water sink leads for its water supply. Both the dipper well and wet waste sink use 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drains while the ice bin uses a ¾” MPT fitting and the condiment well uses a 1-½” tailpiece. The overall dimensions of the unit are 60” in width, 37” in height and 24” front-to-back.
The Glastender MXS60-CP10 Mixology Underbar Cocktail Station is ETL-Sanitation certified and all faucet units are NSF/ANSI 61, Annex G compliant.
