Glastender MFT-20 Description
The Glastender MFT-20 Underbar Mixology Unit incorporates many of the necessary implements any bartender or barback needs in a single package. It’s a great all-in-one solution for rinsing out shaker tins, keeping mixology tools clean, and processing garnishes.
The integration of a push-down rinser faucet provides an easy way of rinsing out shaker cans to prevent flavor swapping between drinks. The rinser comes with a 30 PSI water pressure regulator and accepts a ⅜” sink lead.
A 6” diameter dipper well keeps mixology tools clean and can be continuously fed water with its own faucet. The dipper well faucet uses a⅜” sink lead and the well itself uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain.
To easily process garnishes an 11” wide, 8” from front to back cutting board is included. It is securely mounted for effortless cutting but is easily removed for cleaning. An ice scoop well is provided at the front of the unit for convenient easy to reach storage.
The main faucet is backsplash mounted and provides both hot and cold water. The ⅜” sink leads can be inspected or maintained without moving the unit by simply removing 4 bolts from the front of the unit. The sink comes with a lift-out perforated plastic wet waste strainer for easily removing solid waste. The sink basin uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain and measures 9-¼” by 11-½” and is 6” deep.
The entire body of the Glastender MFT-20 Underbar Mixology Unit is made from durable and easy to maintain 10 gauge stainless steel. The 16” long legs of the unit are 1-⅝” in diameter and made from 16 gauge stainless steel. The overall dimensions of the unit are 20” in width, 24” from front to back and 37” in height, including the backsplash. The 30” deck height and 7” tall backsplash on this unit match all other Glastender underbar equipment making it a perfect fit.
