Glastender MFS-12 Description
The MFS-12 Underbar Mixology Unit is a free-standing faucet unit with an integrated cutting board and lift-out perforated plastic wet waste strainer. This model is an ideal garnish processing station, fruit can be rinsed and cut easily while taking up as little room as possible.
A backsplash mounted faucet provides hot and cold water and the ⅜” sink leads can be inspected or maintained without needing to move the unit by removing 4 bolts in the backsplash. The sink is 9-¼” wide, 11-½” from front to back, and 6” deep and uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain. An 11” wide, 8” front-to-back cutting board is securely mounted and easy to remove for cleaning.
The entire unit is made from durable 20 gauge stainless steel with the exception of the 1-⅝” diameter, 16” long legs which are made from 16 gauge stainless steel. The legs can be adjusted for leveling with adjustable bullet feet. The top working surface of this model is 30” from the ground which makes sure it stands flush with other Glastender underbar equipment. The unit is 12” wide, 24” front-to-back, and 37” tall including the backsplash.
The 7” tall backsplash and worktop height of 30” makes this unit a perfect fit with other Glastender Underbar equipment. Glastender's Underbar Sinks are built to last, even in the most demanding conditions.
The Glastender MFS-12 Underbar Mixology Unit is ETL-Sanitation certified and NSF/ANSI 61, Annex G compliant.
