Glastender FRA-24 Description
The Glastender FRA-24 Underbar Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is a free-standing ice cream serving station with an integrated dipper well. If there’s no space on your countertop this compact unit just might fit the bill (or fit under your counter, as the case may be).This unit only needs 39-½” of vertical clearance (with the lid open) and is 24” wide and 19” front to back. The working surface is 30” which is short enough to get out of the way while still being at a convenient height when dipping. A 7” high integrated backsplash is easy to clean and keeps ice cream from dripping down the back of the uni and onto the wall.
This unit can hold a single 3-gallon tub of ice cream and the ¼ HP integrated cooler will keep the ice cream between -5°F and 10°F with R404A refrigerant. The cavity is kept cold efficiently with foamed-in-place insulation
The working surface, lid, and backsplash are made from 20 gauge stainless steel. The stainless steel dipper well is 6” in diameter and uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain. The integrated faucet is NSF/ANSI 372 compliant and accepts ⅜” cold water leads.
The body of the freezer unit is made from durable 22 gauge galvanized steel while the cabinet floor, leg pads and floor of the condensing unit are made from 16 gauge galvanized steel. To keep the unit level all four legs have adjustable bullet feet.
This ice cream dipping cabinet uses 120/60/1-ph power using 4.75 amps at full load. This unit should have its own dedicated 15 amp circuit. The power cord is 6 feet long and has a grounded NEMA 5-15P plug.
