The Glastender C-SC-18 CHOICE Sink Cabinet is a floor standing unit that integrates a dry waste chute into the top working surface. This sink cabinet provides you with a place to wash items while providing you a convenient place to dispose of dry waste without taking up more floor space. With the addition of a wet waste sink strainer, this unit would be great next to a 3 compartment sink for washing glassware.

The deck-mounted gooseneck faucet is NSF/ANSI 61, Annex G compliant and provides both hot and cold water through ⅜” sink leads. The top working surface is seamlessly integrated with the 4” tall backsplash and all edges have ¼” radius making it easy to wipe down. A 6” dry waste chute leads down into a lockable compartment for a dry waste receptacle. A dry waste container is not included with this unit but can be ordered additionally. The sink basin uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain and is 6” deep, 11-½” wide, and 9-¼” front-to-back.

A field reversible locking door in the front of the unit gives access to the dry waste storage compartment and keeps the unit flush while concealing plumbing. The overall external dimensions of this unit are 24” front-to-back, 18” wide, and 4” tall (including the backsplash). The height of the working surface is 30” from the floor allowing it to match with other Glastender underbar equipment.

For this unit to stand up to the rigors of daily heavy use in commercial environments, the entire body is made from 20 gauge stainless steel while the leg pads are made from 18 gauge steel. The cabinet stands on 6” long 1-⅝” diameter 16 gauge stainless steel legs with thermoplastic bullet feet to make sure the unit is level on uneven flooring.
