It fits a faucet and relatively large drainboard into the smallest footprint possible. This wet waste sink is ideal for rinsing off mixology tools like shaker cans which can be left to dry on the drainboard and ready for use.
The integrated drainboard work surface is 30” high which lets it sit flush with other Glastender underbar equipment and provides a lot of space for mixology tools or glassware. A 7” tall integrated backsplash protects the wall behind the unit from any liquid damage.
Hot and cold water is supplied by the NSF-ANSI 61, Annex G compliant deck-mounted gooseneck faucet below the drainboard. The included faucet uses ⅜” sink leads for its water supply. A perforated plastic strainer is included to easily remove wet waste. The sink basin is 6” deep, 11-½” wide, 9-¼” front-to-back sink basin and uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain. The sink and faucet’s working surface is 17” from the floor and has 10” of vertical clearance.
To make sure this wet waste sink doesn’t dent or damage from the heavy use expected in a commercial environment, the entire unit is made of tough 20 gauge stainless steel. Four 1-⅝” diameter legs made from 16 gauge stainless steel support the unit 6” off the ground. The legs are affixed to the unit with 18 gauge stainless steel leg pads and include height-adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. Including the backsplash, this unit is 37” in height, 18” in width and 24” front-to-back. These Cabinets built by Glastender are extremely reliable.
