The Glastender C-MRS-12 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit is a free-standing faucet and sink with an integrated push-down rinser. The included perforated plastic strainer makes this a great wet waste pre-wash rinser to be used in conjunction with the Glastender GW24 underbar glasswasher. The two units mount flush and can completely streamline glassware cleaning. Glastender's CHOICE line of Underbar Sinks are a great value proposition for operators that need reliable equipment.

The integrated push-down rinser faucet is perfect for rinsing out shaker cans to prevent flavor transfers from one mixed drink to the next or it can be used for quickly rinsing glassware before putting them through a glasswasher or a 3 basin sink. The rinser faucet uses a single cold water ⅜” sink lead and includes a 30 PSI water pressure regulator.

The backsplash mounted faucet uses ⅜” sink leads for hot and cold water. The plumbing can be easily accessed by removing 4 screws from the front of the unit. The sink is 11-½” front-to-back, 9-¼” wide, and 6” wide it uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain and includes a perforated plastic wet waste strainer.

Durable and easy to maintain 20 gauge stainless steel is used for the entire unit’s body while the 16” long legs are made from 16 gauge stainless steel. The unit’s overall dimensions are 12” in width, 24” front-to-back and 34” in height including the backsplash. The working surface of this model is 30” off the ground making it a perfect match for other Glastender underbar equipment. Making sure the unit is level is simple with 4 adjustable bullet feet.
