Boasting a total BTU of 206,000, the G48-4G24RS is a versatile and powerful 48" restaurant gas range by Garland that provides four (4) Starfire Pro burners with 33,000 BTU output, a large-capacity oven, and a storage base to attend to the varied cooking needs of your business. This commercial range is constructed with stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion and scratches, preserving its sleek appearance and long service life.

Powerful cooking top 

The open-top burners on this restaurant range come with their own cast-iron top and ring grates that distribute and retain heat evenly for excellent cooking results. The top and grates are very easy to remove and keep clean too. Below are crumb trays positioned at every 12" of the cooking surface to catch and hold every drop of grease and runoff. They are very easy to slide in and out for effortless maintenance.

Versatile base

Below, you're getting a spacious 26.25" oven with a powerful 38,000 BTU output. It has a nickel-plated oven rack that is movable across three (3) rack guides. The door is highly durable and so is the easy-clean porcelain interior, Next to the oven is a storage area with one (1) shelf that you can use to keep supplies and other cooking items close at hand.

Durability and ergonomics at work

The 5" plate rail not only adds a convenient work surface for plating but also adds a level of safety when handling pans and pots. The smart design of the grates helps with keeping the unit as cool as can be. Also included is a two-piece back guard and shelf to maintain sanitary surroundings while cooking. The unit stands on 6" heavy-duty stainless steel legs that you can adjust for comfortable and safe use.
